After watching the squid game, I suddenly wanted to make dalgona.
I just happened to have a dalgona making kit at home, so I used it.
But if you don't have a special tool, you can make it with a ladle.

A storytelling of Dalgona
In my childhood, I remember a warm scene of an old man, who always sat in front of our school.
We used to gather around him and watch him make dalgona. in this blissful memory we used to play a game with the dalgona. (Taking out the letters or shapes carved in the dalgona, to win another for free.)
The distinct smell of dalgona has resonated passionately in my memory.
In this beautiful atmosphere, we had so much fun we didn't realise how fast time passed.
Now it is a part of strong memory's and happiness to be shared with my children.
Dalgona is the nostalgia to Korean as it is a communication and a sympathy where everyone can enjoy.
The recipe of Dalgona
1. Two spoons of sugar in a dipper. (sugar 20g)
2. Melt the sugar with weak fire on.
3. very a little bit of soda after melting it enough. (soda 1g)
4. Stir til it gets all swollen.
5. Pour it on a strainless and press with a plate.
(Ceramic plates(or glass) are good, too. But plastic is not allowed.)
6. press with the letter you want before it gets solid.
A common mistake by a beginner
The future that you will experience.
